Patriot General’s published environmental list is the work around the excavation: weed abatement, brush and fuel reduction, SWPPP development, BMP installation, erosion control, soil stabilization, vegetation management, land clearing, stormwater channel clearing, and access-road grading.
SWPPP shows up on the substation and BESS records as a scope the company holds, not a brochure line. Fuel reduction and fire roads are also how the Fire Division is described.
