Patriot General completed TL6975, Escondido to San Marcos, in 2022. The published record is a transmission civil package coordinated with city inspection.
Crews cleared and grubbed, installed and maintained SWPPP, and ran mass grading through over-excavation, recompact, and finish grade. Native rock was crushed and resized for reuse as fill. Foundations included a keystone wall, drilled piers, rock drilling for direct-bury and pier foundations, micropiles, dewatering, and wet-hole drilling. The package also demolished existing PCC foundations and asphalt and intercepted conduit.
