On 17 November 2025, Patriot General and the Patriot Empowerment Institute spoke at SDG&E’s Lean In and Valor Veterans Day executive event. The subject was the move from active duty into civilian work.
Todd Vance, Safety Services Director and a U.S. Army infantry veteran, told his own story of coming home. The Institute’s published founders are CEO Steve Garcia, his brother Ben Garcia, and their Marine Corps Force Recon teammate James Leandro. The stated mission is mentorship, career preparation, and training for that transition.
