The civil package under a battery yard, from staking through spoil haul-off.
Patriot General’s published BESS civil list is the site work that lets the batteries land: mobilization, staking, elevation, and offset, structural foundations, conduit and grounding with the trenches, yard base and rock, fencing and gates, SWPPP, spoil haul-off, and Type 3316 box installation.
Three battery yards are on the project record. Rosamond Central in Kern County is listed as completed in 2025. Fallbrook 02 and Santee were listed as in construction in the April 2025 record.
